Katrina had to deal with me being a very demanding client, we required the re-financing and consolidation of two investment loans, a new owner occupier loan as well as the sale of a property to provide additional funds for the final purchase. Katrina investigated multiple scenarios across several lenders and provided us with numerous options to allow us to purchase our new home.
Katrina was given quite a short deadline to finalise the owner occupier home loan, and she kept the pressure on the lender to complete the finance with time to spare, even when the sale of our property looked to be in jeopardy she ensured that contingency plans were in place not to risk the settlement deadline that we desired for our new home.
She maintained close contact with us along the entire process, explained everything in great detail and sought answers promptly.
Katrinas personal touch made an otherwise stressful process a pleasant process.
